Holy Cross Nursing School had a humble beginning as the first Nursing educational Institution at Chamarajanagar district under the leadership of Sr. Lucy John Vadakkekudy, the Founder Principal during the Provincialship of Sr.Louisa Poweth in the year 1997. Sr.Ria Pakkalil was there at the beginning to implement the academic programme.
Holy Cross Educational Institution provide quality Nursing education and prepare nurses with highest level of education and practice through Holy Cross Hospital which is situated in Kamagere at high way side in the Taluk of Kollegal. It is situated in an area of 20 acres of land. Holy Cross School of Nursing is the first and one of the oldest Nursing programme in the District of Chamarajanagar at Karnataka State.
